Ramen Noodle Soup
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tsp Ground Ginger
½ Cup Carrot, julienned (or shredded carrots)
½ Cup Baby Bella Mushroom, sliced
2 Packages of Ramen Noodles
4 Cups of Water
3 Tbs @all_shuk_up Chicken Soup Mix
1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
Topping Options:
Scallions
Boiled Egg
Baby Bok Choy
Sesame Seeds
Tofu
Skirt steak, sliced
Directions:
1) Add sesame and olive oil to a heated pot
2) Add garlic and ginger for two minutes than add carrots and mushrooms, mix and let sit over medium flame for 5 minutes
3) Add chicken soup mix, water, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil
4) Add ramen noodles, for five minutes (Right before serving or they will eat up all the broth)
5) Add any other toppings
