Apple Butter

4 Apples, peeled and cubed

1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

2 tbs @all_shuk_up Apple and Cinnamon whipped Honey

1 tsp @all_shuk_up Cinnamon 

1 tsp Vanilla Sugar 

6 tbs Apple Cider

 

Directions:

1) Add all ingredients to a pot over medium heat, Stir. 

2) Once mixture becomes fragrant and how lower flame to low. Let sit on low heat for 30 minutes or until the apples are mushy (stirring contentiously). 

3) Puree

 

*You can substitute apple Cider with with apple juice, bourbon etc.

*You can add apple and cinnamon Tea to the simmering mixture

*Once pureed you can add raisins or apple and cinnamon chunks
